Privacy notice

Information you send

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message so Phil can respond to your inquiry. Sending a message does not enroll you in a mailing list. Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential client information, or vulnerability reports through this form.

Website delivery and abuse prevention

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the Turnstile security check. These services process technical information such as IP addresses and browser signals to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. The contact endpoint hashes the client IP address for its rate limiter. Hashing does not make an IP address anonymous.

Delivery and retention of inquiries

Resend delivers inquiry emails to Phil’s mailbox. This website does not store submissions in an application database. Email copies and delivery records may remain in the mailbox and with service providers. Review Resend’s privacy policy for information about its service.

To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, email Phil. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable obligations and records that may need to be retained. Please identify the inquiry without sending additional sensitive information.

Analytics and advertising

This site does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics script. Security and hosting providers may maintain operational records under their own policies.

Workshop registration and external sites

Workshop links take you to Antisyphon Training, where enrollment and any payment occur. Antisyphon, BHIS, GitHub, and LinkedIn operate their own websites and privacy practices. Utmost Security does not receive payment-card details through this website.
